HOW TO MAKE MINI SIGNATURE

you can.. yes you can...
Ill try to explain how to create mini sigs.

1 ) Q : Whats is a Mini Sigs ???
A : A Mini Sigs is a small banner that people use has signature on some forum. Normally 400x20 or something similar.

Q : What do I need to do Mini Sigs ???
A : You can use any photo-editing software, Ill show this tutorial using Photoshop CS

2 ) First of all, open Photoshop.

Then, on the top left of the screen, press File/New



Choose Width : 400
Heigt : 20

Then press ok



Now resize the windows to have more place to work with and Zoom to about 200%



Choose 2 color you want the background to be. For this exemple, I choosed Black and Red. Then Select the Gradient Tool, hold SHIFT and draw a line down to top of your sigs. Should look like this.



Now create a New Layer. This layer will be used to make the shining effect.



Choose the Elliptical Marquee Tool



Draw an elipse that go half the way of the sigs. Like this :



Select the Paint Bucket Tool, and choose White for the first color



Fill the selection with the Paint Bucket Tool then change Opacity to 30%



Press Ctrl + D to deselect.

Create another New Layer. This 1 is for the text.

You will need to download this Font : http://www.webpagepublicity.com/free-fonts/v/Visitor%20TT1%20-BRK-.ttf

To install it : C:/Windows/Fonts then File/Add a police and choose the 1 you just downloaded.

Now create a Text Section, choose the Visitor BRK font, the white color and type whatever you want to.

Go to Layer/Rasterize/Type



Now double-click the 3rd layer, and choose Drop Shadow. Press OK



Create another New Layer. This 1 is for the scan line.

Press Edit/Fill... and choose the diagonal line Pattern ( if you don't have it look at the bottom of this tutorial )



Press OK. Then change the opacity to 30%.



Now create a New Layer. This 1 will be used for the logo.

Choose a cool logo, and save it on your hard drive. Select it and past it on your current sigs. Resize it so it will fit your sigs and place it like you want.

Add Drop Shadow.

Your Done!!! Finished Product :



For the Diagonal Line Pattern :

Create a New of : 3 Width
3 Height
Zoom till 1600%. Draw a digonal line.

Go to Edit/Define Pattern



Name it : Diagonal then press ok. Now you can use it with the Fill... Tool
